Marcie was born in Seattle and lived - initially in Rainer Valley and later in West Seattle. She was a kind and caring person who loved animals and believed that "laughter is the best medicine".  Her degree in Early Childhood Education was utilized at Highpoint Daycare Center, at the Fauntleroy Children's Center, and at her own daycare in Spokane.  

She is survived by her son, Harold "Jim" Vinge and daughter, Sandy Rost/Gamero (Rafael); 4 grandchildren; sisters, Bea "Margie" Martin (Terry) and Holly Schmid (Pat Thomas) and brother Jim Fellows (Donna); plus, numerous nieces and nephews. Marcie dearly loved all her family and long-time family friends Laura Foust and Eleanor Avery.  We feel blessed that Marcie passed away peacefully in her sleep without pain.
