The fall high school sports season is set to tee off at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3 when the Kennedy Catholic girls golf team hosts Thomas Jefferson for a 3 p.m. match at Glen Acres.

Riverbend in Kent is the site of two local matches at 3:15 p.m. as the Mount Rainier girls host Todd Beamer there and Thomas Jefferson hosts Kennedy in boys action.

The Mount Rainier boys open at Twin Lakes against Todd Beamer at the same time.

The combined squad of Evergreen, Highline and Tyee opens Wednesday, Sept. 9, hosting Lake Wahington for 3 p.m. action at the Rainier Golf and Country Club.

Foster entertains Mercer Island at 3:30 p.m.

All matches are dependent on a favorable status of the coronavirus pandemic.
