Threats and weapon at bus stop
Around 12:20 a.m. on Tuesday, March 27, officers were dispatched to a bus stop at the corner of SW 136th and Ambaum Blvd SW after a caller reported that suspect had a weapon and was threatening others.
Drunk driver found to have criminal warrant
A man was stopped for driving while intoxicated and passing out at the wheel around 12:20 a.m. on Monday, March 26. He was stopped in the 11400 block of 16 Ave SW. Officers then discovered that he had a criminal warrant, and they arrested him.
Threatening phone call from a stranger
A woman residing in the 10100 block of 8 Ave S received a threatening phone call from an unknown man, who said he could see her. She reported the incident to police around 10:15 p.m. on Monday, March 26.
Street fight
Officers are still unclear about the details of a fight that occurred in the street, in the 15400 block of Ambaum Blvd S, around 12:55 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21. The woman was cut in the hand by a knife, and the man fled on foot. A K9 unit tried to find the man but was unable to locate him.
Burglar snuck in through sliding glass
A woman residing in the 1200 block of SW 124 called police around 3:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21 to report a burglary. She had received a notification on her cell phone that someone was attempting to use her bankcard in Tukwila. She told police that the suspect came in through her back sliding door, and then stole her cell phone and wallet from her purse.
Residential robbery
A woman was home with her infant child when robbers entered her apartment through the window, threatened her and stole items. The apartment is located in the 13700 block of 12 Ave SW. The woman’s husband was at work and the couple’s other three children were at school during the crime. The victim called police to report the incident at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21.
Missing pistol raises concern
A woman residing in the 13000 block of 2 Ave SW called police around 8:50 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20 to report that her pistol was missing, after she left town for a week. She believes that her ex stole the weapon, coming over while she was away.
