Agnes "Skipper" Sendek, formerly of Stamford, Conn. and a Federal Way resident since 1976, passed away Monday, Sept. 5, 2005 at the St. Francis Hospital following a short severe illness. She was a daughter of Michael & Mary Skiba of Stamford, Conn. She is survived by daughters Patricia Aulis James of Huntington Beach, Calif., and Nancy Jean Sendek Swanson of Surprise, Ariz. Also five grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She went to be with the Lord this day, Sept. 5, 2005 at approximately 2 p.m. Her granddaughters, Christine Poirier and Pamela Parker were at her bedside at her passing. Agnes was a great mom and grandmother and a sparkling person to know and love. No services are planned.
