Two Kennedy Catholic turned in solid defensive performances for the University of Washington football team in its narrow 16-14 home win Saturday over Utah State.

Derek Colman-Brusa and Xe'Ree Alexander both came through with four tackles in the now 2-0 Huskies' victory with Colman-Brusa adding one quarterback sack.

Colman-Brusa is a true freshman defensive lineman while Alexander is a senior linebacker.

Next up for Washington is a 4:15 game back at Husky Stadium next Saturday against Eastern Washington.
