Notification is hereby given that Viking Community Bank, 2227 NW 57th Street, Seattle, Washington 98107 intends to apply to the Division of Banks for the State of Washington and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for permission to establish a branch office to be located at 921 Hildebrand Lane, Suite 100, Bainbridge Island, Washington 98110. The State of Washington and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation will consider a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application, including the record of performance of Viking Community Bank in helping to meet local credit needs.

Any person wishing to comment on this application may file their comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office, 25 Jessie Street at Ecker Square, Suite 2300, San Francisco, California 94105, before processing of the application has been completed.
