Near Harbor Avenue, citizens became concerned when they saw someone throwing items (including a fencing foil) from the window of a house. The thrower then came outside with a baseball bat and broke the windows of a nearby vehicle. When officers arrived, they knocked on the door. A man, dressed in the top of a chain mail suit, answered the door and said, "What took you guys so long?" He said he had thrown the items from the home because he "needed to clean house." And that he was wearing the chain mail for protection. He was booked into King County Jail, with his case to be heard in Mental Health Court.
When police heard that several individuals had called to try to rent a specific motel room (where folks had been arrested on drug charges a few days earlier), they became suspicious. In the bag: 27.8 grams of cocaine.

A man was taken to jail after confronting and harassing customers at a Harbor Avenue lounge on Saturday. When told to leave, he made threats, claimed to be with the FBI, and threw himself to the ground with his hands outstretched. He refused to get into a cab that was called and, when told that the other option was going to jail, he placed his wrists together and held them toward the officer, who was happy to accommodate him with a pair of handcuffs.
Two young toughs approached a man at a bus stop at 16th and Roxbury. They began asking him for money, but then apparently noticed a holster on the man's hip. They took off running. The next day, the victim was struck from behind and knocked to the ground. He thinks the suspects were the youths from the previous day.
