1. Federal Way officers pulled over the driver of a silver 2002 Cadillac near the intersection of 308th and Pacific Highway South for an expired vehicle license. When the traffic officers asked for the driver's ID, they determined that the man, Marques R. Thomas, had a third-degree suspended license. Thomas also had a warrant out for his arrest for third-degree driving with a suspended license out of Kent. Officers took Thomas into custody without incident and handed him over to Kent police.

2. Officers responded to a report of malicious mischief at an apartment complex on 28606 Pacific Highway South. A neighbor in the complex called 911 to report he heard sounds of scuffling at his neighbor's unit. The witness reported that the suspect kicked the victim's door hard enough to break the frame around the deadbolt while she was sleeping. Officers observed the broken frame, which sustained $100 in damages. The woman told police she had not seen or head the suspect. The witness also reported police that he heard one of the suspects yell he would kill the woman if she called 911. The witness also reported that his view was blocked and could only see two unidentified suspects flee the scene.

3. A caller notified police of drug use that was taking place at a party on the 1000 block of Southwest 350th Place. The caller told police that they were late night visitors to the party, but that they only stayed five minutes. They reported loud music, vandalism and speeding cars. When officers arrived, they spoke with a suspect, his mother and the 12 teenagers at the party. They all denied that there were any drugs in the house. The party agreed to allow a K-9 search of the residence. The dog handler told the investigating officers that his dog detected a hit on an ashtray with blunts. Officers were unable to connect the blunts with anyone at the party.

4. A man contacted police to report that an unknown suspect accused him of stealing his Air Jordan shoes. The suspect became angry when the victim denied the allegation, and the two fought in the street near 31014 Pacific Highway South. When the suspect grabbed a knife, the victim ran to a store and called 911.
