YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear within sixty days after the date of first publication of this Summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 16th day of August, 2006, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled court, and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff, Mylow Ward, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for said Plaintiff, at the office below stated; and in case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint which has been filed with the clerk of said Court.

A brief statement of the object is as follows: Quiet Title the following real property in Gregory B. Lewis and Shelly M. Seribante:

Lot 18, Block 3, Gilman Park, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 40, in King County, Washington;

Together with an easement for a common driveway over the east 6 feet of the south 85 feet, more or less, of Lot 19, Tax Assessor's Parcel No. 276760-0315-06.
