NOTICE IS GIVEN TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN ABOVE ESTATE:

(1) BETTY A. BROWNLEE, as Personal Representative (PR) of the above estate has filed with the clerk of the above court:

The Petition for Distribution without accounting, requesting the Court to find that all approved claims have been paid, determine the heirs or persons entitled to take under the will, and distribute the property of the estate to the persons entitled thereto.

(2) The Final Account and Petition for Distribution will be heard in the Ex Parte Department, Room W325, of the King County Superior Court at 10:30 a.m. on the 14th day of November, 2006, at which time and place any person interested in the estate may appear and file objections to and contest the Petition and/or Final Account.
