SEWER ULID NO. 45 AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS THEREIN

AND OF PERIOD WITHIN WHICH TO FILE AN APPEAL THEREFROM.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 5, 2006 the Board of Commissioners

of Val Vue Sewer District of King County, Washington adopted Resolution No 2006-15 forming Sewer Utility Local Improvement District No. 45 and ordering the installation of sewer improvements as provided for in the District=s Sewer Comprehensive Plan, such improvements consisting of sewer lines together with appurtenances, manholes and side sewers as further described in such Resolution.

ULID 45 consists of properties on following described streets: the North side of S 136TH Street from 140 feet east of 10TH Avenue South to a point 180 feet east of 12TH Avenue South, both sides of 12TH Avenue South from S 136TH Street to a point 300 feet north of S 136TH Street, and the west side of S 136TH Street from a point 300 feet north of S 136TH Street to a point 550 feet north of S 136TH Street.

Pursuant to RCW 57.16.062, a lawsuit challenging the jurisdiction or authority of the

District to form ULID No. 45 and to carry out the improvements ordered therein must be filed in

Superior Court within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice. A written notice of the

lawsuit/appeal also must be served upon the District at its office located at 14816 Military Road

South, Tukwila, Washington 98168, within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice as

provided by law.
