The Ballard High School football program is holding another camp for young people on July 21, 22, 24 and 25 at Loyal Heights field.
Players in fourth to ninth grades are invited to participate. A camp last month had 43 kids learning the fundamentals of football, including offense and defensive concepts.
Kids will receive camp T-shirt and have a lot of fun, said Ballard Beaver head coach John Bowers.
In his very first season coaching at Ballard High, Bowers said his Beaver players began lifting weights in July to prepare for the fall season.
He has been impressed with the talent on the team.
"We have some good players. All 49 can help us in some way. We are coming together very well. The players are in the right place to perform at the highest level," said Bowers.
The team attended a football camp at the University of Washington last month,
