Burien celebrates Oktoberfest

There was a little piece of Germany in Olde Burien as the city celebrated Oktoberfest Friday, Sept. 25 through Sunday, Sept. 27.
The festival took place in the Burien Interim Art Space, next to the new Town Square.
Along with carnival rides and games there was a beer garden and a yodeler.
The yodeler will return for the Burien Brat 5K Race and Family Relay on Sunday, Oct. 4.
The race is sponsored by Dan the Sausageman and the Tin Room to improve car seat safety for children through programs of Westside Baby.
