Mariners

Seattle wraps up its stay in Kansas City with an 11:10 a.m. Thursday game before going to Houston to play the Astros at 5:10 p.m. Friday, 4:10 p.m. Saturday and 10:05 a.m. Sunday.

The Mariners visit the Chicago White Sox at 5:10 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and 11:10 a.m. Wednesday.

The action can be seen live on the ROOT Sports Northwest cable television network.

Seahawks

Seattle hosts the Dallas Cowboys for preseason football action at 7 p.m. Saturday at Lumen Field.

Channel 5 will carry the game.

Sounders

Seattle entertains Atlanta for a 7:30 p.m. Sunday men's soccer match at Lumen Field on Apple TV+.

Storm

Minnesota visits Seattle at 7 p.m. Friday.

The Storm flies to Minnesota for a 4 p.m. Sunday game and drops in on Chicago at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Friday's action will be aired on ION and the other two games on Fox 13+.

OL Reign

The women's soccer team visits Kansas City for 5 p.m. Friday action on Paramount+.

Rainiers

Tacoma is at Sacramento playing the Rivercats at 6:45 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 6:37 p.m. Saturday and 1:05 p.m. Sunday.

The Rainiers host the Las Vegas Aviators at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at Cheney Stadium.

Aquasox

Everett entertains the Hillsboro Hops at 7:05 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday and at 4:05 p.m. Sunday.

The Aquasox visit the Tri-City Dust Devils at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.

Emerald Downs

The Auburn horse racing track opens at 7 p.m. Friday, 5 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday.
