It's not an age thing, It's a use thing

Did you know that You are an exquisite Instrument, and that many of the difficulties you face may simply be that you are out of tune.
If you play music, you know the importance of being in tune. But do you know what it is to have your body, mind and energy in tune?
Being in tune is our natural state, one we have known and lost through a host of environmental factors and our experiences. We don’t easily recognize that our body is energy and vibration, not a solid, static, mass. No thing in our being is solid, not our bones, not our brain, not our muscle. Yet, through static, repetitive postures and an imbalanced relationship with gravity our body and mind have lost their suppleness.
It isn’t just an age thing, it's a use thing. There is a way to get it back.
“Yea, yea, I’m fine,” you say. That’s actually the worst part.
Since our nerves rely on electrical impulses to feel. If you’ve ever done an activity that over time developed calluses, you can relate to how sensation is diminished in the callused area. Now imagine the areas in your body that are losing suppleness and mobility, as callused areas. You can no longer feel them fully. You can’t even tell you have faulty posture, you don’t fully experience the pain of it. You have been desensitized to your body. This is how the seemingly sudden and catastrophic issues arise, or how mysterious internal symptoms and disease go on and on without resolution.
On top of that, past traumas and experiences are stored in your energy field as sticky masses of incoherence that give life a heaviness, a lack of flow. That feeling of “something's not quite right” and you can’t pin your finger on it. Things the doctor is perplexed about and you continue to just suffer through, often with extra suffering of anxiety about not knowing what is wrong.
A supple body uses less energy at the same time that the flow of energy moves more easily through it. It has space inside for vibrations to travel fluidly, not erratically. The cavities have room for the waves of breath, blood, digestion, and voice. There is space for clarity of mind.
Just the thought of a little more spaciousness in your life is a breath of fresh air.
Imagine your body humming with ease—breath flowing, joints supple, every movement resonating like a perfectly tuned instrument. You’re not too old, too weak, too broken, too lazy, too embarrassed, too stressed, too busy… except in the rigid mind of belief.
One lesson of acquainting yourself with gravity will show you how transformative a little attention can be. Check out this video to see for yourself.
