Chief Sealth 56, Lindbergh 7
Chief Sealth decisively won its home Class 2A playoff over Lindbergh to advance to another playoff to be announced next week.
The Seahawks improved to 6-3 overall with the Saturday afternoon win after going 4-2 in the mixed classification Metro League Sound Division.
Kennedy 50, Mt. Rainier 3
Kennedy Catholic wrapped up an undefeated North Puget Sound League Class 4A division season with its Saturday afternoon home win over the Rams.
The Lancers finished with a 7-0 division record and improved to 7-2 overall going into playoff action next week.
Mount Rainier went 3-4 in division play for fifth place and stands at 5-4 overall.
West Seattle 31, Blanchet 17
West Seattle won in a Metro League Class 3A playoff Saturday evening against Bishop Blanchet.
The Wildcats will take an 8-1 overall record into another playoff next week to be scheduled.
West Seattle won the lower Metro League Sound Division with a 6-0 record.
Ballard 17, Lakeside 10
Ballard did not play West Seattle as originally scheduled and Instead battled the Lions and won in non-league action Saturday afternoon.
The Beavers take on Ingraham in another non-playoff at 7 p.m. Friday at the Northwest Athletic Complex.
Sultan 28, Foster 0
The Bulldogs were blanked in Friday's journey to the north to play Sultan.
Renton 56, Evergreen 6
Evergreen fell to the Redhawks in Friday action.
Inglemoor 48, Highline 6
The Pirates took a pounding Thursday at the hands of Inglemoor.
