"A man with two felony warrants was arrested Tuesday night, September 1, 2026, in Burien after a deputy checked a known problem area after business hours. The deputy observed two males in a parking lot and initiated an investigation. One male had two felony warrants, including identity theft and theft of a motor vehicle, with a combined bail of $300,000. During a search, deputies discovered 22.9 grams of methamphetamine and 2.51 grams of fentanyl. The man was booked into jail."

The caller reported their neighbor was armed with a knife and trying to gain entry through their front door. Upon officer arrival, it was updated that the suspect was on the victim's rooftop deck, attempting to enter the home from the roof. Officers gained access to the rooftop deck through the victim's residence and successfully took the suspect into custody. During the arrest, the suspect assaulted an officer. A 6-inch kitchen knife was recovered on the rooftop deck. The suspect was booked into King County Jail for Burglary 1st degree, Assault 3rd degree, and felony harassment."
