This week features a busy lineup across football, girls soccer, and volleyball spanning late September.

Among the high school football matchups, notable contests include Kentwood at Kennedy Catholic on Saturday afternoon and Friday evening games such as Chief Sealth at Eastside Catholic and Blanchet at Ballard.

High school girls soccer and volleyball teams also feature extensive slates, highlighted by key intra-district fixtures including Mt. Rainier at Kennedy Catholic in soccer and Tahoma at Kennedy Catholic in volleyball.

At the professional and collegiate levels, local teams present a full calendar of home and away events. Highlights include a series of home games for the Seattle Mariners hosting Houston and the LA Angels, a road game for the Seahawks at Washington on Sunday, September 27, and soccer matches for both the Sounders and Reign. The schedule is rounded out by games for the Storm, Kraken, and Thunderbirds, alongside Saturday college football games featuring Minnesota at UW and Arizona at WSU.
