Milo George PENOVICH 1970-2013

February 20, 1970 ~ March 6, 2013

Born in Seattle to longtime Thorp, WA rancher and Seattle homebuilder, John M. and Helen Penovich, Milo Penovich, 43, passed away unexpectedly in March.

A lifelong resident of West Seattle, he played soccer with the Mini Tides soccer team in 1979, attended Rainier Beach High School class of 1988 and was a member of the wrestling team.

Milo was self-employed as a landscape contractor, owning All Around Gardening for 25 years.

Predeceased by his father, Milo is survived by his mother, Helen, was the loving brother of Milan, Dan "DanDan" and Nick (Linda), uncle to Milija and Neika, and had many aunts and cousins. He will be deeply missed by his many family, friends, and clients.

Alki Lumber and McLendon’s White Center lowered the flag for Milo, as Milo and his father, John, were longtime customers.

Memorial services were held at Howden-Kennedy Funeral Home, followed by a reception at Salty’s.
