Born in Seattle, Washington and raised in West Seattle, Dorothy, 99, graduated from West Seattle High School in 1932.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer “Shorty” Olding; son, Terry Olding; and brothers, Lloyd and Don Olding. Dorothy is survived by her children, James (Carol) Olding, Donna (Dick) Bennett and Sally Renee. She leaves behind eleven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren with another on the way.
