Fern Freeman, 89, died December 5, 2013 at Providence Marionwood, Issaquah, WA. A longtime resident of West Seattle, for many years she lived in and often managed the Island View Apartments on California Avenue.

Predeceased by her husband, Bob Freeman (2008), and their daughter, Ruth (2007), her living children are Dan, Avon Lake, OH; John, Bellevue, WA; Lois, Glen Ellyn, IL; Glenn, Kent, WA; and Linda, Edmonds, WA; and nine grandchildren.

Services, with reception following, will be held Wednesday, December 11th, 1 p.m., at West Side Presbyterian Church, 3601 California Ave. S.W., Seattle, WA 98116. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
