West Seattle resident Cecil Gartin was an outgoing, friendly man who would go out of his way to help others. He was a dedicated family man, friend and neighbor.

Cecil started C&R Electric in 1958, which his three sons now run. His greatest pride was his family.

Surviving are his wife, Reva; sons, Marc, Brad and Wayne; daughters, Teresa and Ruth; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Service: Saturday, January 24, 2015, 2 p.m., at West Seattle Christian Church, 4400 42nd Ave SW, Seattle, WA.
