A huge response went out around 8 pm on Monday night for a fire in the historic Camp Long lodge in the 5200 block of 35th Ave SW.

The announcement that Sanislo Elementary was due for closure, with students enrolled there heading to Highland Park Elementary, was met with many questions. To address those and offer some more insight Sanislo is hosting a meeting Nov. 12.

Delfino Lopez-Morales was sentenced to 136 months in prison on November 8th for the deaths of Riley Danard and Kahlea Theouk, who were killed in a wrong-way collision on the West Seattle Bridge on March 22, 2023.
