A Land Use Application has been filed with the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections to allow a 6-story, 161-unit apartment building with retail to be built at 904 NW Market Street in Ballard. Parking for 60 vehicles is proposed. The existing buildings would be demolished. Early Design Guidance Review conducted under 3037496-EG.
The project is being designed by Public 47 Architects and being developed by FA Johnson Development.
