Allen F. MUELLER
Allen Mueller, 92, of Seattle, passed away peacefully in his home on August 2, 2012.
Allen was born to August and Helen Mueller on November 24, 1919 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He moved to Seattle from North Dakota to work for Boeing and in 1944 married Minnie Lee. Together they raised two daughters, Connie (Dennis) Carkonen and Becky (Cliff) Carter, and son Mark Mueller.
He has two grandsons, Craig and Chris Carter, and three great-granddaughters, Erin, Katelyn, Casey Carter, and one great-grandson, Colin Carter. He was preceded in death by Minnie, his wife of 56 years.
Allen begin building his family home in Seattle in 1950, raising his family in the home and residing in it until his passing. His hobbies were many, including photography and developing pictures, building HO gauge model trains, and assembling Heathkit electronics. Allen retired from Boeing in 1984.
Remembrances to Hope Lutheran Church, West Seattle. Memorial and reception will be held at Hope Lutheran Church, 4456 42nd SW on Sunday, August 19th, 1:30 p.m.
