Seattle Police and Fire units responded to a Scenes of Violence call out on shortly before 9 AM on Sunday at 2580 SW Barton Street.

A 31 year old male had been reported to have suffered severe facial injuries. 

it was not clear what had happened but the injured male was treated at the scene and most units were called back.
