Seattle police officers arrested a 42-year-old convicted felon last week, known to law enforcement for his violent behavior, after he repeatedly harassed a West Seattle travel agency (North Travel).
On Nov. 5, at about 9:50 a.m., patrol officers responded to a Court Order violation in the 3700 block of Southwest Alaska Street. Officers determined the suspect has repeatedly been seen harassing, laughing at, mocking, flipping off, and threatening the employees of the business.
Police have trespassed the suspect from multiple businesses in the area. There are previous incidents where he has allegedly dealt narcotics, brandished a gun, and fought with police officers. The suspect has previous felony convictions for Assault, Harassment-threats to kill, and narcotics violations.
An employee of the travel agency recorded and documented several videos of the man’s inappropriate behavior. The employee obtained an Anti-Harassment Order against the suspect, which was granted by a judge.
Based on the Court Order, the suspect is prohibiting from harming, contacting, stalking, or coming within 1,0000 feet of the business.
While investigating, officers found the suspect within approximately 350 feet of the business. They arrested him for violating the Order. During the arrest, police recovered Methamphetamine, a narcotics violation. Officers also found a $1,500 warrant for Property Destruction.
Seattle police booked the suspect into the King County Jail.
