The West Seattle High School parking lot is set to transform into a hub of chrome, community, and school spirit this June. On Saturday, June 6, 2026, the Greasy Peeps Car Club will host its 5th Annual Car Show, an event that has built a reputation over the last half-decade for being "bigger and better" with every passing year.
In a collaborative effort with REVUP Energy and the WSHS Alumni Association, the Greasy Peeps are inviting a diverse array of automotive passion to the pavement. Unlike traditional shows that might focus strictly on vintage classics, this event maintains a uniquely inclusive atmosphere, welcoming motorcycles, buses, and even vans alongside traditional cars. Whether it is a high-performance machine or a student's first project vehicle, there is a place for every "peep" to show off their ride.
The day's festivities begin with vehicle check-in at 11:00 am, followed by the main show which runs from 12:00 pm to approximately 4:00 pm. While spectators can enjoy the display for free, those entering their own vehicles contribute to a local cause. Entrance fees are set at $15 for general participants and a discounted $8 for students, with all proceeds directly benefiting the WSHS car club. Organizers encourage participants to pay online in advance, though cash and checks will be accepted on-site.
As the afternoon winds down, the focus will shift to the awards ceremony, scheduled to take place between 2:45 pm and 3:00 pm. Beyond the pride of being recognized, winners will have the chance to take home exclusive car show merchandise.
For those looking to register their vehicle or seeking more information, the club has provided a registration link and a QR code on their official event flyer. For the Greasy Peeps, this fifth anniversary marks more than just a car show—it is a celebration of the community that keeps West Seattle's car culture running.
