The Seattle Seafair Fleet Week & Boeing Maritime Celebration 2026 has officially launched, bringing a majestic display of naval and maritime power to the downtown waterfront from July 21 to July 24, 2026. This Seattle tradition, which began in 1950, honors the men and women serving in the military with a week of ship tours, music, and community events.

Featured Vessels and Parade of Ships

The festivities began with the Parade of Ships through Elliott Bay, featuring vessels from the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, and a Seattle Fire Department fireboat. Leading the contingent is the USS Cincinnati (LCS 20), which kicked off the event by sailing past West Seattle before docking at Pier 66. Joining the Cincinnati is the USCGC Stratton (WMSL-752), a 418-foot Legend-class National Security Cutter homeported in Alameda, California.

The public is invited to explore these vessels through free ship tours. Visiting hours are as follows:

• USS Cincinnati (Pier 66): Wednesday, July 22, and Thursday, July 23, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..
• USCGC Stratton (Bell Street Cruise Terminal): Wednesday (10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) and Thursday (10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.).

Tour Requirements and Safety

Visitors must adhere to strict security protocols. A government-issued REAL ID is required for all participants. Key safety rules include:

• Footwear: Visitors must wear flat-heeled, closed-toe shoes; open-toed shoes are strictly prohibited.
• Physical Ability: Guests must be able to maneuver narrow ladders and ship stairs.
• Prohibited Items: Weapons, drones, large bags, strollers, and recording devices like Meta Glasses are not allowed.
• Security: All guests will pass through an airport-style security screening.
