Longtime West Seattle remodeling firm Potter Construction has officially joined the Haas family of companies, expanding design and architectural resources for homeowners across the region.

Founded in 1979, Potter Construction has served West Seattle and the greater Seattle area for nearly five decades, establishing a reputation for residential remodeling, craftsmanship, and trusted client relationships. Under the new arrangement, Potter Construction unites with Haas Development & Construction and Haas Architects.

The combination brings together complementary specialties across the entire project lifecycle, including architectural planning, custom cabinetry, ADU and DADU projects, permitting, and remodeling. Haas, founded in 2016, provides renovation, design, and development services throughout the greater Seattle area.

Gary Potter of Potter Construction confirmed that the transition will be seamless, with all staff members remaining in their current roles. Existing clients will experience no interruption in service and will continue working directly with their established contacts while gaining access to expanded design and build capabilities.

Haas representatives noted that bringing together two trusted names in local remodeling enhances the company's overall capacity to serve homeowners with expanded design, cabinetry, and renovation options.
