In the corner location formerly occupied by La Tienda Típica Oaxaqueña at 16th SW and SW Roxbury Street, Señora Concha Reyes has opened a new shop offering traditional Oaxacan delicacies and community services.
Visitors to the shop are greeted by hot chocolate, coffee, and traditional corn atole, all prepared in clay pots in classic town style to bring back fond memories of their home towns. To pair with these warm drinks, the business exclusively sells artisanal bread brought directly from Oaxacan towns, featuring seasonal pan de muerto served alongside hot chocolate as well as sweet conchas paired with coffee.
