Families looking for affordable, quality options for growing kids have a new destination in the neighborhood. Second Seasons Thrift opened its doors at 9609 16th Ave SW, Suite B, offering gently used children’s clothing, shoes, toys, books, and accessories.

Founded by area resident Holly Salmeron, the store was created to meet a clear need for accessible local resale on the border of West Seattle and White Center.

"I have loved getting to meet so many new families in the area," Salmeron said.

Focus on Community and Local Events

Beyond stocking everyday essentials for babies and young children, Second Seasons Thrift aims to serve as a neighborhood gathering hub. Salmeron plans to host monthly events inside the storefront to bring local parents and children together.

The shop jumped straight into the local arts scene during its opening week, serving as a featured host venue during the Rat City Art Walk.
