Welcome to the First Schmitz Park Creek Restore Guided Tour happening on Wed. May 28, 2025, at 2:00 PM in beautiful Schmitz Park! Join us for an exciting 90-minute adventure through the trails of the park. We will review the history of the park, identify the native plants and trees, and learn more about Schmitz Park Creek Restore's vision for the future of this beautiful space. This in-person event is a great opportunity to find nature and meet like-minded individuals. Don't miss out on this unique experience to discover the beauty of Schmitz Park!
Note: We will be walking on the main trails in the park but be prepared for possible muddy conditions with uneven terrain. This is not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers without difficulty.

How should I get to the trailhead?
The King County Metro Route #50 drops you off near approximately .2 mile from the trailhead. Or you can drive and there is easy free street parking nearby.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, when you arrive we will ask you to sign a simple waiver for this event.
