Tami and Michael Lindquist, experienced owners who have operated UPS centers since 2020, have officially opened their fourth Pacific Northwest  location at Westwood Village. 

This new center fills a significant void in the community, as the owners noted that "there hasn't been a UPS store here in over two years" and expressed that local residents "need one and deserve one". The Lindquists, who also own stores in North Seattle’s Roosevelt neighborhood, Lynnwood, and Everett, chose this site as a business opportunity to service the residents of West Seattle and White Center.

Located at 2600 Southwest Barton St Suite A-8, the store is situated in what is known as the “breezeway,” across from Fitness 19 and positioned between Wingstop and Starbucks. The opening follows the October 2023 closure of the former UPS location in Jefferson Square.

What sets this location apart is its exclusive "pack and ship guarantee." Owner Tami Lindquist explained, "If we pack your item and we ship it, it's guaranteed if it gets lost or arrives damaged, you get all your money back".

Additionally, for those looking to avoid lines, the store features a self-service kiosk for smaller Amazon returns, allowing customers to scan their packages and drop them directly into a bin.

The Westwood Village center provides a comprehensive suite of logistical and business services, including:

• Shipping & Packing: Domestic and International shipping, USPS services, and professional packaging.

• Document Services: Standard and wide-format printing, scanning, shredding, laminating, binding, and faxing.

• Mailbox & Receiving: Personal mailbox rentals and package receiving services.

• Specialized Services: Notary services, passport and ID photos, and various returns (Amazon, Happy Returns, etc.).
