A second suspect is now facing potential charges in connection with a fatal April 9 home invasion in Belltown, just as 27-year-old Bradley Allen Might entered a not guilty plea for his alleged role in the crime.
While Might appeared in King County Superior Court on Monday, a judge also found probable cause to arrest a 34-year-old West Seattle man for investigation of first-degree murder and first-degree robbery. Prosecutors expect a formal felony case referral for this second suspect next week.
The Charges and Legal Allegations
Bradley Allen Might is officially charged with Murder in the First Degree and Robbery in the First Degree. According to the charging documents, the State accuses Might of the following:
"...while committing and attempting to commit the crime of Robbery in the First Degree... did cause the death of Jesse Elden Finney, a human being, who was not a participant in the crime".
Under the robbery charge, prosecutors allege that Might:
"...did unlawfully and with intent to commit theft take personal property of another, to-wit: a cellphone and fanny pack from the person and in the presence of Ira Eric Anglin, against his will, by the use or threatened use of immediate force, violence and fear of injury".
The "Two Kilo" Fentanyl Heist
Investigators allege that Might and two accomplices, known by the monikers "Deuce" and "Pat," conspired to rob the 4th Avenue apartment to steal "two kilos" of fentanyl. All three men were reportedly armed before entering the residence, with Might carrying an AR-15 style assault rifle.
During the robbery, a witness (referred to as I.A.)—who reportedly allowed the victim, Jesse Finney, to sell narcotics from his apartment—described being confronted in a loft by a tall man with "wild" gray eyes. Might allegedly struck the witness in the back of the head with the buttstock of the rifle before stealing his belongings.
While Might was in the loft, a single gunshot was heard from downstairs, where Jesse Finney was shot in the head. Finney died the following day at Harborview Medical Center.
Conflicting Stories and Evidence
Following his arrest on April 11, Might provided detectives with four different versions of what happened to the firearms used in the crime. He eventually admitted to hiding a 9mm Glock handgun in bushes in Northeast Seattle, claiming he wanted to keep it as a "bargaining" chip. Police later recovered the weapon from the location.
Evidence against Might also includes a text conversation with "Deuce" about a storage facility meeting and video footage showing Might washing a Toyota SUV with bleach shortly after the murder.
Court Proceedings and History
Judge Nelson Lee confirmed Might’s bail at $3,000,000, citing the "extreme danger" he poses to the community. If he posts bond, the State has requested he be placed on electronic home monitoring. Might’s lengthy criminal history includes prior convictions for assault, hit-and-run, theft, and obstruction.
The 34-year-old co-defendant remains in the King County Jail pending a formal charging decision. A trial for Might is scheduled to begin on June 8, 2026
