A residential fire in White Center on Saturday left one home significantly damaged and a travel trailer completely destroyed after flames spread between properties.
King County Fire District 2 and Puget Sound Fire crews were dispatched to the 10200 block of 26th Avenue SW following reports of a blaze on Saturday around 11:15 AM. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered a travel trailer engulfed in flames that had already extended to a primary residence, a fence, and a neighboring home.
According to fire officials, the travel trailer is considered a total loss, and the main house involved suffered significant fire damage. However, the neighboring house sustained only minor damage, a result that officials attributed to the quick actions of the responding firefighting crews.
No injuries were reported during the incident. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
