The Moonroom, a crystal and gem shop at 5902 California Ave SW that opened in 2022 is for sale. Owned by Hannah Roberts and her husband Sean London the shop shared the announcement on social media.

I wanted to share this here on Instagram in a more personal way because this community means so much to us.

Moon Room is for sale.

I know this may come as a bit of a shock. This is something we've been sitting with for a long time, and it's a very heartfelt and bittersweet decision.

We've decided it's time to move closer to family, and unfortunately, we can't take our little shop with us.

Before we put Moon Room out into the wider world, we wanted to give our West Seattle community the first opportunity. And if I'm being completely honest, our biggest hope would be for Moon Room to find its next chapter with one of you.One of the people who has wandered in over the years. One of the people who gets it. Someone who has felt the magic of this little place and wants to keep that feeling going.

That would be the most beautiful ending — and beginning — we could imagine.

We also want to say that, for now, we won't really be able to discuss the sale beyond what we've shared here.

This is a big and very personal decision for us, and we hope you can understand.

When the time comes and we find new owners, l'll have a proper love letter for you all. But until then, it's truly business as usual.
