Starbird Chicken is opening its first Washington state location in West Seattle at 4755 Fauntleroy Way SW on Monday, September 28. The fast-growing chicken brand will operate seven days a week at 4755 Fauntleroy Way SW in the Whittaker complex. This location was formerly a MOD Pizza site.

To celebrate the grand opening, the first 200 guests visiting at 11 a.m. will receive a free meal on a first-come, first-served basis with no sign-up required. Additionally, one lucky guest will receive a golden ticket with their meal, earning free Starbird for an entire year, valid for one free entrée per week for 52 weeks.

The Seattle menu features large, antibiotic-free, all-white-meat chicken tenders, wings, nuggets, sandwiches, salads, and premium sides. Signature items include the Big Star Sandwich as well as the Chicken Chopped Salad, served with house-made Chipotle Lime Vinaigrette and a choice of crispy, grilled, or plant-based chicken. Tenders are hand-breaded daily, vegetables are chopped and roasted in-house, and sauces and beverages are prepared from scratch. Guests can pair their meals with scratch-made dipping sauces including Star Sauce, Honey Chipotle BBQ, Greek Yogurt Ranch, and Buffalo, along with house-made lemonade, iced teas, and local craft soda.

Local franchisee Vin Mehta of Mehta Investment Group expressed excitement about bringing Starbird's Positively Delicious Chicken® to West Seattle. Starbird CEO Greg Levin noted that expanding into the Pacific Northwest marks a key step in the company's growth while delivering high-quality food in a fast, approachable setting.
