Support the work of the West Seattle Rotary Service Foundation by donating a decorated tree or wreath to this second annual fundraising event, held at Brookdale Admiral Heights.
Donors will receive logo recognition in event marketing, a sign with your tree or wreath, and recognition at the gala.
Trees and wreaths will be auctioned off at our Festival of Trees Gala on December 8!

General Information
Donate a Decorated Holiday Tree or Wreath
Donations are accepted in the form of a decorated artificial tree or wreath. Be as creative as you like! The theme is up to you. Trees may range from small, table-top trees to eight-feet tall (taking into account the tree topper). Trees should have LED lights, a tree skirt, and a tree topper; and all ornaments should be secured with wire.
Setup Takes Place from November 25-November 28
Donors or their designated decorators may set their tree up anytime from 8 am on Friday, November 25 through Monday, November 28 at 8 pm. Please allow 4-6 hours for set up. This is a fun opportunity to interact with the community at Brookdale Admiral Heights which loved watching the setup last year!
Festival of Trees Gala Auction on December 8
The trees and wreaths will be auctioned off in a silent auction at our Festival of Trees gala on Thursday, December 8. The gala is open to the public and will be a fun and festive start to the season with drinks, heavy appetizers, and merriment!
Donor Recognition
We are so grateful for our donors! As a thank you for donating, you will be recognized with your name and logo on all marketing materials, in a sign with your tree or wreath for the duration of the two-week display to the public, and verbally at the Festival of Trees gala.
