West Seattle is gearing up for one of its most anticipated autumn traditions as Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic School prepares to host its annual Fall Festival and Halloween Carnival on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

The event, held on the school campus at 3401 SW Myrtle Street, brings together students, families, and neighborhood residents for a afternoon of festive autumn activities. Rain or shine, the celebration spans the school gymnasium, lobby, outdoor stage, and large covered tents.

Festivities for All Ages

This year’s carnival features a full lineup of family favorites. Outdoors, children can take part in the popular Trunk or Treat row, where decorated vehicle trunks serve up safe trick-or-treating. The outdoor grounds will also host bounce houses, inflatables, and interactive carnival games.

Inside the school facilities, attendees can participate in a classic cake walk, face painting stations, a photo booth, and music provided by a live DJ.

Food and beverage offerings remain a central draw for the gathering. Vendors will serve seasonal concessions, including the festival's famous "Boo-dogs," alongside traditional autumn snacks. For adult attendees aged 21 and older, the festival includes a dedicated Oktoberfest Tent featuring regional craft brews and seasonal refreshments.

Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic School has served the West Seattle area for decades, and the annual fall carnival stands as one of its primary community gatherings and fundraising events. Proceeds from game tickets and concessions directly support educational programming, campus maintenance, and student activities throughout the academic year.
