Beloved husband to Michele and father of Kimberly, Robert and his wife Jaimie.
Bob passed away on Feb. 25, 2006, at Highline Medical Center in Burien. Born in the town of Long Island, Kansas, he was 67 years old.
He enjoyed a career as a machinist, eventually retiring from Boeing after 35 years of service.
William A. Humes, 76, passed away February 22, 2006, at home. He was the beloved husband for 54 years of Elsie; father of Sue (Cliff) Gihring, Cheri (Jim) Dana, Dusty (Cheri) Humes and Robert (Jenny) Humes; and is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and sister Betty Heath.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Korean War. He retired from Boeing in 1989. He will be dearly missed by all.
Services with Military Honor will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 S.E. 240th St., Kent.
Tony Salzetti, 34, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, Jan. 28, 1972 died Feb. 17, 2006 in Tacoma.
If you knew Edith Hall, then you have probably had some of her cookies. Edith, whoa died on Feb. 3, 2006, at age 78, had a mission: to make sure everyone she knew had something sweet to eat. She made friends enthusiastically everywhere she went, and she baked cookies for all her friends. Edith settled in Federal Way in 1974. She worked in the area at McDonald's as a hostess and at Boeing as a security guard. She recorded news and books for the blind, and she was a founding member of Solveig Lodge #31 of the Daughters of Norway.
Roberta Lee Alkire Family and friends mourn the recent passing on February 7th, 2006 of Roberta Lee Alkire of Larkspur. Roberta was loved and admired. To her large and extended family, she was a warm and generous woman who was always ready to share a burden or a laugh. To her many colleagues and students, she was an engaged and dedicated teacher. She loved literature and films and brought her excitement and pleasure to many young people. To her friends she was a witty and entertain companion. To her husband Frank Gold, she was a loving and beloved companion of thirty years.
Ken was born on January 3, 1922 in Shelton, Washington to Lyle and Ruby (McMullen) Wilson. He was raised in Shelton and graduated from Irene S. Reed High School in 1939. He then attended the University of Washington graduating with a degree in civil engineering. Ken was married to Patricia Schuler in Shelton in 1943. They moved to Seattle where Ken worked for a variety of companies as and engineer and retired from ABKJ Company as their chief engineer in 1985. He and Pat moved back to Shelton following his retirement. Pat preceded him in death in 1993.

Mary went to a joyous reunion with her loving family who have anxiously awaited her arrival in Heaven. Meeting her there are her mother and father, Peter and Tonina Vitalich, her brother Sam Vitalich, her son Peter Jack Mardesich, and her grandchildren Kristina, Mark, and John.
She was a loving, caring, stubborn, and feisty Mother, Grandmother, Wife, and Friend.

Jennie was born in Sansego, Italy, She came to West Seattle at the age of four, where she resided all of her life, She attended Holy Rosary Catholic School. Beloved wife of Dominic for almost 60 Years. Loving mother of Janice Caso, Jimmy (Janet), and Mitch (Prescilla). A caring grandmother and great grandmother to Dominic (Kerma), Jimmy (Kelli), Gina, Krista (Collin), Jeff, Devan, Ryan, Tori, Taylor, Jacob and Jimmy. Jennie is also survived by her sister, Nellie and her husband Jim Atwell of Sunnyvale CA.
Willardine "Billie" Adair Nevins, 97, formerly of West Seattle, passed away February 21, 2006. She was born June 14, 1908 in Baring, Washington. Billie grew up in logging camps around the Pacific Northwest. As a teenager she lived in Seattle and attended Cornish School of Arts. As an adult she worked for the Doghouse Caf/ in Seattle. Later she became the cook at many local restaurants; Green Hat Caf/, Granite Falls, the Blue Bird and Steak House, Arlington, Skyline Broiler, Everett and she finished her career and retired from Sea-Tac Airport Employees' Restaurant, Seattle.
Born in Nanaimo, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, on September 5, 1908, to Charles House (who had homesteaded from Bath, England) and Mary Ann Fielding. He finished his schooling in Vancouver, BC, where he was written up for pitching a "no hit-no-run" game against a semi pro baseball team from Washington.
After moving to Seattle, he met and married Katherine Laura Powell, and had two sons who graduated from the University of Washington. Bill was a member of the West Seattle Christian Church since 1952.
