The Highland Park Improvement Club (HPIC) at 1115 SW Holden suffered a major fire early Friday morning and is now closed was shuttered after a fire early Friday. Damage estimated at $200.000. Cause undetermined.

Design Review Early Design Guidance for a 7-story, 96-unit apartment building with retail. No parking proposed.
