Power is now restored.

The bulk of the power outage that began at 12:40pm is now down to 382 and full restoration is expected by 4pm.

The West Seattle Summerfest, set to take over the Junction July 12-14  promises something for everyone from art, to music to shopping, food and fun for kids.

As the time for the release of the final Environmental Impact Statement from Sound Transit on the West Seatle Light rail plan draws nearer, groups both opposed to the project's path, cost and justifications are getting more vocal.

The Seafair Pirates did it again. They hit the beach on Saturday afternoon to the delight of a sizeable crowd to  "take over" the city and offiicaly kick off Seattle's Seafair 75th aniversary celebration.

Now in Design Review  and Early Design Guidance is a six unit townhome project at 2236 Alki Ave SW.
