Cupcake Royale will open it's fifth location in Burien at 

The White Center community proved once again how resilient they are by lighting their community Christmas tree at the Triangle on Delridge Way SW and Roxbury Street on Sunday night.

It rained almost all day, then as if by magic, though it was cold at 39 degrees, the holiday spirit was strong with several hundred West Seattleites and the rain just stopped.

District 1 City Councilmember Lisa Herbold shared some additional information regarding the start of work on the final stage of work on the West Seattle Bridge that was announced last Monday.

Power for all but 476 City Light customers has been restored. The cause was a blown transformer in the 5400 block of 37th SW. Midnight is still the projected time of restoration

The White Center Community Development Association is organizing an event to highlight and remember the businesses along 16th SW that were displaced by the fires that took place this year in the community.

The new Executive Director for the West Seattle Junction Association is hoping to rally the community and get your hometown West Seattle spirit in gear for the next few weeks.

The joy is back. 

The famous Menashe lights at the home of Jack and Linda Menashe of Menashe Jewelers are back this year after scaling back a bit last year due to the pandemic.

The Argosy Cruises Christmas Ships will be seen in Elliott Bay first at Salty's on Alki at 5:35pm on Saturday Nov. 27 featuring the Dicken's Carolers.

The second performance will be a Alki Beach Park at 8:35pm.
