A Land Use Application has been filed with the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections to allow a 5-story, 77-unit apartment building with 73 apartments, 4 small efficiency dwelling units, and office at 9208 20th Ave SW.

The annual Father's Day Native Art Market and Salmon Bake is back on this year at the Duwamish Long House at 4705 West Marginal Way SW. 

A man with a two year old boy was shot in Burien Tuesday evening. The man died, the two year old was unhurt. There are currently no suspect and no arrests have been made in the case.

After last year's cancellation due to the pandemic it's going to be a celebration with some extra oomph this weekend as the Burien Father's Day Classic Car show is set to happen again.
