Seattle City Council votes to cut Seattle Police Budget, transfer 911 and parking enforcement out

The Seattle City Council passed its final vote on the 2021 City of Seattle Budget on Monday Nov. 23 choosing among other budget measures to make cutbacks to the Seattle Police.
