The much loved and well known owner of Full Tilt Ice Cream has died. He suffered a heart attack in February and remained in hospital until Saturday.

Pedro Garcia, 32, of Burien was charged by the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on Tuesday, Feb. 27, in connection with a fatal collision that occurred on Sunday, Feb. 25, 2024.

The Farmboy Bites food truck, at the Future Primitive Brewing company in White Center has been shut down by the King County Health Department for multiple violations.
