The festive spirit will be sparkling brighter than ever in White Center this Sunday, the 22nd, at 5:30 PM, as the White Center Business Alliance proudly presents the first annual Tree Lighting Ceremony.

The Port of Seattle, in collaboration with its partners and community members, invites the public to participate in a tree planting event aimed at restoring urban forests.

Ghosts and goblins of all ages will descend upon downtown Burien this October 26th for the community's annual "BooIn Burien" celebration, featuring an afternoon packed with free family activities and spirited entertainment.

A Maui Strong fundraising event is set for Oct. 14 at the Burien Elks #2143 to provide aid for the victims of the Lahaina fire disaster.

The event will run from 5:00-11:00PM
