Priscilla Grace Eakin Duncan died peacefully at the age of 105 June 21, 2006, in Des Moines, Wash.

She was born in Astoria, Ore., on October 30, 1900, the daughter of Oregon pioneers James and Claribel Adams Eakin.

In 1925 she graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Oregon and began a 12-year career as a hospital lab technician in Portland. She became the first record librarian at Emanuel Hospital - thus allowing it to become a certified hospital.

She married Gordon A.

Kenneth D. Godsey, age 64, of Seattle Washington, passed away June 18, 2006. Ken was born on May 4, 1942 in Whitley City, Kentucky to Rufus and Susie Godsey.

Ken was a veteran of the United States Navy. For the past 25 years, he was actively involved with the Salmon Bay Eagles Club.

He is survived by his wife, Beth; children, Mickey, Kim, Patti, Doug; daughter-in-law, Sabrina, son-in-law, Steve; grandchildren, Kandis, Jonathon, Serena, Jessica, and Christopher.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday July 8, at Salmon Bay Eagles #2141.

Muriel Stivers was bon on Septembers 29, 1928 in Hoonah, Alaska and passed away on June 15, 2006 in Seattle, Washington. She is survived by her eleven children and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Jefferson Myron Stivers, son Robert William Stivers and daughter Cecelia Marjorie Stivers. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. on June 24th, 2006 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Seattle, Washington. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the American Heart Association.

Born 1918 in Bremerton, Bob passed away on June 9th. He was an early-day skier and climber, graduate of the UW, and WWII naval officer. Engineer and manager at the Washington State Surveying and Rating Bureau, Bob was involved with many fire protection engineering organizations.

Bob and his wife raised three children. Active with the boy scouts, Bob taught many kids about mountain travel. Bob skied and hiked until his mid 80's and was often in Lincoln Park until recently.

The family will have a picnic in Lincoln Park, September 2.

Oscar A. Nelson, age 71, passed away on 23 May 2006, after a short illness. He was born in Craig, Alaska into the Raven clan of the Tlinget tribe, of which he was very proud. After eight years in the US Navy, serving on the USS Boxer and USS Hancock, Oscar spent the majority of his life in Seattle. He was a member, and served as an officer, in VFW Post 2713. Sharon passed away peacefully at home on June 15, 2006 surrounded by family and friends.

Born July 25, 1941 to Fred and Adeline Dodd, Sharon was raised on a farm in Redmond through her grade school years. Growing up, Sharon attended many schools in the greater Seattle area and would graduate from Lake Washington High School in 1959. Influenced by her brother, Fred Jr. she developed an affinity for fast cars, which turned into a love of drag racing. She met and later married Dick Kalivoda and they would make West Seattle their home.

Doris Conn, age 77, born in S. River, New Jersey on February 6, 1929, passed away peacefully at home, while surrounded by family, on Sunday, June 18, 2006. She and Thomas A. Conn moved to Genesee Hill in West Seattle in 1969 where they raised six children. She worked as a seamstress in North Seattle and later in Modern Care, until retiring in 2002 at age 73. She is preceded in death by infant daughter, and by husband Thomas "Alvin" having cremation plots together in the Rose Garden at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Marie was born November 26, 1913 in Mt. Vernon, Washington and died June 7, 2006. She married Hugo in 1940, who preceded her in death in 2002. They lived in Bellingham after WWII, and moved to Seattle in 1951. Marie was a long time member of Peace Lutheran Church. She enjoyed activities with the Ryther charity, gardening, traveling, time at the cabin and especially time with the family. She is survived by Sue (Don) Bird, Steve (Jan) Holmer, grandchildren Jeff (Cheryl) Bird, Chris (Nicole) Holmer, Andrea (Scott) Holte, and great granddaughter Kyla Holte.

Kenneth J. White, age 71 of West Seattle, Washington, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2006 surrounded by his loving family, after a long and courageous battle with heart and kidney disease.

Born October 12, 1934 in Red Cloud, Nebraska to Ruth and Robert White, he moved to Hood River, Oregon shortly and later moved to Longview, Washington. Ken attended Western State College earning a BA in business and education. Following his graduation, he taught in the local school system and then became director for the YMCA. Ken then built and directed a summer YMCA camp at Mt. St.

Edwin Robert Willgress, Sr. passed away peacefully at home on June 4, 2006, surrounded by his devoted family. A lifelong resident of Seattle, he was born on June 19, 1919, to Edwin J. Willgress and Rhena Sutherland Willgress. During his youth, he was active in the Boy Scouts, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout. He graduated from Queen Anne High School, and afterward attended the University of Washington. Ed was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Forestry in 1941. He continued his studies as a graduate student in iron and steel, metallography.
