Sam passed away peacefully at home on May 1st 2008. Sam was
born in West Seattle on July 21st, 1950 to Samuel J. and
Evelyn Elizabeth Connolly (Murphy) was born in Wichita, Kansas, daughter of Patrick and Gertrude Connolly. Ev was one of seven children: Daryl, Emmett, Patrick Joseph, Gerry, Marian and Terry.
